About this resource
The ETV Program is a nationwide initiative aimed at youth who meet the criteria and have transitioned out of the foster care system, with The Children’s Cabinet providing support in Northern Nevada. This program offers financial aid to both current and former foster youth to help them enroll in accredited colleges, universities, vocational, or technical schools. It also assists students in their pursuit of additional financial aid for college enrollment. Available languages include Spanish and English.

Who can use this
- Youth in Nevada who are currently in or have aged out of the foster care system or were adopted after the age of 16.

- *Letter from county or state agency regarding “aged out” status or copy of court document
