About this resource
This program delivers a variety of non-medical support services, including personal care, homemaking, light housekeeping, respite care, home-assisted living, adaptations for environmental accessibility, personal emergency response systems, companionship, meal delivery, specialized medical equipment, and case management for adults facing physical disabilities. Language translation services are also accessible.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can apply by walking in, calling, emailing, or faxing; the OCL application is available on the website.
Fees: There are no charges for these services.

- Individuals diagnosed with a physical disability who fulfill the necessary care and financial criteria.
