This program delivers non-medical personal care assistance, including homemaking, light cleaning, respite care, adult day services, personal emergency response systems, companionship, and case management for seniors who may face institutional placement without support. Language assistance is available in English and Spanish.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can apply by walking in, calling, emailing, or faxing; the OCL application can be found on the website.
Fees: There are no charges for the services.

- Eligible participants are seniors aged 65 and above who satisfy specific care and financial criteria.
