About this resource
Nevada Urban Indians Community Health provides various health services, such as Primary Care Appointments, Well Women's and Child Exams, vaccinations for adults and children, chronic disease prevention and management, referrals, HIV/AIDS education, and confidential STD screenings. They cater to Urban Native Americans as well as other underserved communities and offer services in both Spanish and English.
Intake Procedure: While appointments are preferred, walk-ins are also welcome; registration forms must be completed.
Fees: Services are offered on a sliding scale.
Who can use this
- Urban Native Americans must present a Tribal ID Card or Decree of Indian Blood and/or Descendancy.
