Salvation Army Washoe County

This initiative is focused on transforming the lives of men who struggle with substance use disorders, homelessness, and various serious challenges. The ARP operates as a 70-bed facility where participants engage in a six-month program aimed at helping them conquer their dependencies through a framework of structure, discipline, and educational opportunities for sustained sobriety. Admission is voluntary and free of charge for those who join. Participants benefit from Christian Bible studies, chapel services, group and individual counseling, anger management classes, work therapy, assistance with resume writing, community reintegration support, and alumni resources, among other services. The program is conducted in English.
