About this resource
This is a 90-day transitional housing program designed for men, where personalized housing stability and treatment plans are developed based on the specific needs of veterans. The program includes both individual and group sessions that target mental health and substance use disorders, along with additional support as required. Services are provided in English.
Intake Procedure: Appointment required.
Who can use this
- Eligibility varies based on factors like length of service and discharge character, with screening conducted by HCHV and VRC.
