About this resource
This service provides meal deliveries to seniors who are homebound and cannot take part in the Washoe County Senior Services Congregate Meal program because of illness or disability, whether it's temporary or permanent. Each delivery consists of one hot meal and up to six frozen meals weekly, with an option for a second meal delivery. Available languages include English.
To get started, simply call for more information.
Who can use this
- To qualify for the Title III-C Home-Delivered Meal service, individuals must be at least sixty years old, homebound due to various challenges, unable to shop or prepare meals safely, and not able to attend a congregate meal site.
