Northern Rivers Family Of Services

This program delivers comprehensive support services to individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illnesses. It aids in service planning and coordination, provides housing assistance, manages finances, educates families, offers substance abuse treatment, vocational support, and mental and physical health care, along with community referrals to facilitate rehabilitation and treatment within the community.

Intake Process: A referral packet is sent to the SPOA Coordinator, where records are assessed to confirm eligibility; further information can be obtained via phone.
