About this resource
This program provides mental health and case management assistance to youth between the ages of 12 and 20 who are involved in the juvenile justice system and are awaiting release from a facility. Services commence prior to their release and extend into the home environment after they leave the facility.

Fees: Inquire for information regarding costs.
Who can use this
- Youth aged 12 to 20 in the juvenile justice system returning to Albany County; youth from other counties may be accepted upon DJJOY's request.
