About this resource
This program provides outpatient treatment for adolescents and young adults aged 16 to 30 who may be dealing with mental health challenges. The support team consists of a psychiatrist, nurse, therapist, peer specialist, and education and employment expert.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants are those aged 16 to 30 who have faced mental health challenges for more than a week but less than two years and are open to collaborating with a diverse healthcare team.
