About this resource
This initiative provides monthly educational and training sessions for individuals, families, and caregivers. It includes a foundational overview of Alzheimer's disease, an intensive six-week educational and support program tailored for those newly diagnosed and their caregivers, as well as a variety of family workshops, monthly forums, three regional conferences, and additional programs focused on specific topics.
Intake Procedure: Registration is done via phone.
