About this resource
The Cohoes Family Care MOMS Program is designed to educate pregnant women by providing pregnancy tests, help with Medicaid applications, and access to both prenatal and primary care. Participants can benefit from complimentary childbirth and breastfeeding education, as well as instruction on pregnancy and infant care. Additionally, referrals to local community services like WIC or the Department of Health are available, along with crisis counseling for issues such as domestic violence, child abuse, and mental health concerns.
