About this resource
This initiative provides integrated housing solutions for individuals with disabilities who are experiencing homelessness. It offers apartments to Medicaid recipients aged 55 and older who need help with daily living activities, as well as to individuals aged 18 and above eligible for services from the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and military veterans with disabilities. On-site staff members support residents by advocating for them, linking them to community services, offering training in independent living skills, and organizing social and recreational activities.
Fees: There is no charge.

- Mainly serves Allegany, Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben Counties, with some services extending to nearby areas.
