Allegany County Community Services

This initiative provides a centralized intake system for both adults and children facing substantial behavioral health challenges, enabling them to access additional community supports and services. It caters to individuals with notable behavioral, medical, or social risk factors that can be managed through comprehensive care. There are three categories of SPOAs: Children's, Adult Case/Care Management, and Adult Housing. The SPOA process is designed to identify those most in need of services while overseeing access and utilization.

Intake Procedure: A referral form must be completed.

Fees: There is no charge for the intake process.
