About this resource
This program offers an independent living solution for those who require assistance while becoming part of the community. Participants receive a fully furnished apartment with all utilities included during their stay. Staff members conduct check-ins multiple times a week and are accessible 24/7 if necessary. The apartments are situated throughout the community, and staff aid individuals in developing daily living skills, managing health and medications, engaging with the community, enhancing social skills, and addressing issues such as parenting, substance use, and mental health challenges.
