About this resource
The program delivers family counseling either in-home or at the office for children between the ages of 11 and 17 along with their families. It specifically targets families whose children may face placement or potential involvement with the juvenile justice system, providing weekly sessions customized to meet each family's unique needs. Partnering with Broome County DSS, FFT aims to enhance family bonds, foster effective communication, and develop problem-solving abilities to ensure that youth can remain safely at home and thrive within their communities.
Intake Procedure: Referrals are accepted from Broome County Social Services through a Single Point of Accountability.
Fees: No cost.
