This service issues birth and death certificates for individuals born or deceased at home or in a hospital within the city limits, with records available from 1884 to the present. All records are kept confidential, and requests for certificates must be submitted in writing.

Intake Procedure: No application is necessary.

Fees: Certified Documents cost $10, while a Genealogy Search is priced at $22.
