About this resource
This program provides tuition-based preschool services, both general and special education, for children aged 2 1/2 to 5 years. It includes affordable rates, on-site nursing, a playground, nutritious snacks, and opportunities for field trips. Additionally, there is a Universal Pre-K program for children living in the Johnson City, Binghamton, and Union-Endicott School Districts.

Who can use this
- Children aged 2 1/2 to 5 years are eligible, with IEP requirements for special education students; Johnson City residency is needed for UPK, while Building Blocks Preschool has no specific eligibility criteria.
