About this resource
This program is designed to deliver personalized counseling services to young individuals diagnosed with a developmental disability who are also dealing with mental health concerns. It extends support and counseling to family members as well. Additionally, the program can collaborate with schools and other professionals involved in the youth's care to maintain consistent treatment across various environments.

- Eligible participants are children aged 5-21 who live in Broome County and have a developmental disability along with mental health issues.
