About this resource
This service delivers primary health care and extensive dental services for individuals of all ages. The primary care encompasses back-to-school physicals, sick visits, annual check-ups, wellness examinations, immunizations, and management of chronic illnesses. The dental services include routine exams, cleanings, deep cleanings, fillings (both composite and amalgam), teeth whitening, crowns and bridges, emergency treatments, dentures and partials, complex extractions, and wisdom teeth removal.
To initiate services, simply call to book an appointment.
Fees: Most insurances are accepted, including Medicaid, and a payment program is available.
