About this resource
This service provides home-delivered meals up to five days a week, with meals available in chilled or frozen forms depending on the area. Additionally, hot congregate meals are offered at numerous locations throughout Cattaraugus County. For a complete list of meal sites, please call.
Intake Procedure: It is recommended to make reservations for congregate meal sites at least 24 hours in advance. For home-delivered meals, a NY Connects intake and assessment is necessary; contact 716-373-8032 to start the process.
Fees: Contributions are voluntary.
Who can use this
- For Delivered Meals: individuals must be 60 years or older and homebound, or under 60 and disabled, enrolled in managed long-term care, and approved by their insurance provider. For Congregate Meals: individuals must be 60 years or older, or under 60 and disabled, with approval from their managed long-term care insurance provider.
