About this resource
This initiative supports relative caregivers by utilizing a family systems framework. It encourages families to tap into available community resources while also fostering new connections with various local organizations and services. The program provides a range of services including outreach, advocacy, case management, assessment, and referrals to family counseling. Additionally, semi-monthly support groups for both caregivers and children are held in Hinsdale and Cattaraugus.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can either call or visit in person.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost.

- Children must qualify for TANF assistance, and services are available in Cattaraugus County.
