About this resource
The program provides residential and home support services for both adults and children who have developmental disabilities and/or mental health issues. Services include respite care, supervised congregate living, and family care options. Transportation is offered for Family Care and Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRA). Supportive Apartments are accessible for individuals aged 18 and older with developmental disabilities.
Intake Process: Complete an application for services.
Costs: Fees may vary.

- Individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness, with eligibility assessed during the application process. Service coverage includes Cattaraugus County.
