About this resource
This program provides low-income and disabled individuals in the community with the opportunity to rent safe and quality housing, available in single, two, and three-bedroom options for families. The Affordable Housing initiative is income-based and does not include additional services. Housing complexes are situated in Dunkirk, Olean, and South Dayton.
Intake Procedure: To begin, call to arrange an appointment and bring a photo ID along with proof of income.
