About this resource
This initiative provides advocacy and links to services such as SNAP/WIC, primary care providers, doula assistance, prenatal care, housing resources, food and nutrition support, and breastfeeding guidance. Additionally, it supplies essential items like diapers, car seats, bassinets, and condoms.
Intake Procedure: To initiate services, please call or email to arrange an appointment, either virtually or in person.
Fees: Services are provided at no cost.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 15-44 who are pregnant, postpartum, planning for pregnancy, or choosing not to conceive, and who have Medicaid or are uninsured.
