About this resource
This service provides a variety of home care and transitional support tailored to meet individual needs. The types of care include: Home Health Aide (HHA) - Assists with feeding, dressing, and bathing while monitoring vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Offers health-related tasks and daily living assistance, including personal hygiene and essential housekeeping services. Companion/Homemaker - A program that aids with household chores like cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, reading, conversation, grocery shopping, and running errands. Private Pay Care - Covers any of the aforementioned services, with rates available upon request for those not covered by insurance. Skilled Nursing - Delivers skilled nursing services, including medication management, diabetic care, wound care, catheter management, and injections, depending on agency availability.
