About this resource
This initiative aids those facing addiction in gaining entry to detoxification, rehabilitation, and various support services. It enhances communication throughout the rehabilitation journey among the individual, their family members, and clinical or therapeutic personnel. The program manages the Clubhouse, which supports individuals transitioning from rehabilitation by offering services such as housing assistance, transportation when necessary, and fostering a secure and nurturing environment. Additionally, it provides comprehensive support, case management, and life coaching to help individuals in recovery reintegrate into the community effectively.
