This program provides temporary relief for individuals caring for family members with disabilities by offering short-term housing placements, either planned or in emergencies, within Cayuga and Tompkins Counties.

- Eligibility is determined according to OPWDD guidelines, including a Medicaid waiver, a current ISP and MSC, and residing with family.
