About this resource
This service provides a variety of clinical support including nursing, nutrition, occupational therapy, physical therapy, feeding/swallowing assistance, psychological evaluations and diagnoses, social work, and speech-language pathology. Additional offerings may encompass adaptive aids and equipment, anger management, behavior management counseling, crisis counseling, group counseling, individual services for the deaf or hearing impaired, developmental disabilities screening, and seating and positioning assistance.
Intake Procedure: Contact the Treatment Coordinator.
Fees: Accepts insurance, sliding scale fees, and private payments.

- Individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities residing in Chautauqua County.
