Offers services such as EISEP Case Management, Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERs), In-Home Contact and Support, Health Insurance Information Counseling Assistance Program (HIICAP), Home Delivered Meals (HDM), Congregate Meals, Nutrition Counseling, Nutrition Education, Information and Assistance, NY Connects Options Counseling, Afternoon Trips and Transportation, and Senior Center Recreation and Education. Additionally, there is a partnership with the Center for Elder Law & Justice for Legal Assistance.
Intake Procedure: Accepts calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Fees: Suggested contributions may differ based on the services offered.
Who can use this
- Seneca Nation AOA: Elders aged 60 and above living in Seneca Nation Territories or the City of Salamanca; NY Connects: Seniors 60 and older and individuals with disabilities in New York State.
