About this resource
A CCBHC is a community-focused clinic that delivers integrated care for mental health and substance use, as well as crisis services and care coordination. Individuals can receive assistance from a single, cohesive team rather than having to navigate various systems. The clinic offers a wide range of services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, all under one roof. These services encompass individual, family, and group counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, substance use treatment including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), integrated mental health and substance use care, crisis support with options for walk-in and same-day services, care coordination, peer support, trauma-informed and evidence-based therapies, along with translation and telehealth services.
Intake Procedure: The clinic accepts appointments, walk-ins, and referrals as available. If you are uncertain about how to start, you can call for guidance to the appropriate care. Telehealth services are also offered.
Fees: Services can be covered by Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, or self-pay options. There may be sliding-fee scales available, and staff are available to assist with insurance or financial inquiries.
