About this resource
This initiative delivers case management and advocacy in education for families with children who have disabilities. It also offers Pre-Employment Transition Services tailored for youth aged 14-21. Additional services include screenings, assessments, and ancillary support such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, respite care, and health and mental health clinic services.
