About this resource
This program provides individualized or small group support aimed at acquiring, maintaining, or enhancing daily living skills that are usually practiced at home, including socialization, housekeeping, communication, personal hygiene, grooming, budgeting, safety, self-improvement, and problem-solving.
Intake Procedure: Call to initiate.
Fees: Costs are covered by OPWDD, HCBS, or Medicaid waiver.
Who can use this
- Must be enrolled in the HCBS waiver with case management services. Available in Chautauqua County.
