Early Intervention Program - Chautauqua County Health Department

This program provides evaluations and services aimed at supporting eligible children with special needs and their families. Participation in the Early Intervention Program is voluntary, and services are delivered in the child's natural environment, such as at home. In-home services may include developmental disabilities screening, early intervention, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech, language, and hearing services. The intake process requires a phone call, and there are no fees for these services.
