About this resource
To become a foster parent, individuals need to be at least 21 years old, successfully complete a background check, and engage in continuous training and support. They will receive a daily stipend, a clothing allowance, and medical, dental, and orthodontic coverage for the children placed in their care. Foster parents can be matched with children from birth up to 21 years, including expectant teens.
