The child care center offers flexible care options with a range of programs tailored for children aged 3 to 12 years. It creates a secure and stimulating atmosphere where children can learn, develop, and engage in play. The programs feature trained and compassionate staff dedicated to fostering comprehensive growth, laying the groundwork for lifelong learning and encouraging positive social skills while making sure every child feels appreciated and empowered. - Full-day daycare program is available for potty-trained children aged 3 to 5. - Universal Pre-K (UPK) is provided in collaboration with the Elmira City School District, including UPK Wraparound care for 4 and 5-year-olds enrolled in Universal Pre-K with YWCA. - Before and After School programs are offered for ages 4 to 12 at nine school sites across Chemung County, with Wrap Around After Cohesion services available at two locations.
