About this resource
This initiative provides subsidized housing for elderly, disabled, and handicapped individuals who fulfill specific income requirements. Available housing includes Afton Edge Apartments (24 one-bedroom units) on Main St, Afton, NY; Brookside Apartments (16 one-bedroom units) on Columbia St, Oxford, NY; Chase Housing Apartments (32 one-bedroom units); Grace Manor Apartments (20 one-bedroom units) in Sherburne, NY; Maple Manor Apartments (12 one-bedroom units) in Bainbridge, NY; and Marlene Meadows Apartments (24 one-bedroom units) in Norwich, NY.
Intake Procedure: An application is necessary.
Fees: Rent is typically 30% of the individual's income.
