About this resource
The Apartment Program provides a supportive level of care for individuals on the path to recovery from mental illness, allowing them to live in 1 or 2 bedroom apartments situated in the City of Plattsburgh. Each resident has their own bedroom, while those in 2 bedroom units share communal areas like the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Throughout the week, Case Managers engage with residents to deliver rehabilitative support services.
