About this resource
This initiative aims to assist adolescents and young adults in successfully obtaining and maintaining employment on their own. It offers services such as pre-employment guidance, customer service skills, organizational skills, networking, budgeting, time management, understanding job expectations, seeking assistance, and appropriate dressing. The program acts as a mentor and intermediary between the youth and their employer until the youth has fully integrated into their job.

Who can use this
- Youth from Dutchess County, aged 16-21, who meet at least one of the following criteria: transitioning from residential treatment, undergoing mental health treatment, classified as emotionally disturbed by the Committee on Special Education, or being released from Dutchess County Jail.
