This program provides tenant-based rental assistance, offering rent subsidies that typically last for about 9 months, with a maximum duration of 12 months, aimed at supporting 45 households experiencing rent burdens. Eligibility is restricted to new move-ins only.

Who can use this
- To qualify for TBRA, a household's adjusted income must not exceed 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Applications will be processed in the order they are received from a newly established waitlist. HRH will inform applicants within 14 days about their waitlist status and will provide written notification within 30 days if they are deemed ineligible, including reasons for rejection. Selection will be based on income screening.
