About this resource
This initiative aims to assist adolescents and young adults in securing and sustaining employment independently. It offers a range of services including pre-employment guidance, customer service skills, organizational strategies, networking opportunities, budgeting advice, time management techniques, job expectations, assistance in seeking help, and appropriate dressing for work. The program acts as a mentor and facilitator between the youth and potential employers until the individual has successfully adapted to their new job.

Who can use this
- Youth aged 16-21 in Dutchess County who meet at least one of the following criteria: transitioning from residential treatment, undergoing mental health treatment, classified as emotionally disturbed by the Committee on Special Education, or recently released from Dutchess County Jail.
