Prepared Cesarean Delivery addresses what to expect for parents with scheduled Cesarean sections, including recovery and pain management, omitting labor discussions. Preparing to Breastfeed features a lactation consultant addressing common breastfeeding questions, welcoming both parents. Marvelous Multiples Classes support parents expecting twins or more, discussing unique concerns and care for both mother and multiples, including a NICU tour. Baby Talk aims to alleviate stress in the early weeks post-childbirth, focusing on newborn care and health issues, with practice sessions using lifelike dolls. Grandparents Classes inform about infant care, safety measures, and ways to support new parents, along with fun activities for preparing for a grandchild's arrival. Infant and Child CPR/First Aid trains on emergency responses for choking, drowning, and injuries for both infants and children. Car Seat Safety includes a brief presentation on car seat essentials followed by a fitting session with a certified technician, ensuring proper installation of the car seat before leaving the hospital. Gestational Diabetes offers guidance on diabetes management and nutrition, with tours available for expectant parents, who should inquire at least a month ahead due to limited space. High Risk Pregnancies & Deliveries addresses specific issues related to high-risk pregnancies, covering medical care, home preparation, and neonatal intensive care information.
