This program delivers outpatient behavioral health services aimed at helping clients and their families navigate family crises, workplace stress, or more serious ongoing mental health issues. It employs evidence-based methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), treatments for obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), hoarding, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), which are available through both individual and group therapy sessions.
