About this resource
This program provides shelter, mental health assistance, and case management for homeless individuals experiencing mental illness. It also offers help with connecting to housing, financial benefits, and mental health services, with 24-hour supervision available.
Intake Procedure: Referrals should be submitted electronically to Erie County Housing Coordinator, Christine Slocum at https://eriespoa.my.salesforce-sites.com/spoa/spoa2_home.
Fees: The monthly fee is $169.

- Adults experiencing homelessness with Serious Mental Illness who do not have the financial means to obtain housing. Service Area: Erie County.
