About this resource
Assistance is provided based on individual assessments, with emergency support that may encompass information, referrals, advocacy, personal care items, diapers (through Every Bottom Covered), clothing, household goods, prescription drugs, budgeting help, and utility payment aid (including Neighbor for Neighbor Heat Fund and Care and Share; see separate listings for these programs). Care Managers assist families and children in reaching wellness objectives by guiding them through various health and social care systems and available resources. Additionally, there is a care management initiative focused on aiding seniors in accessing benefits, transportation, health care, and social services. A Workforce Education program is also offered for clients aged 13 and older. ##Veteran##
