Family Justice Center Of Erie County

This initiative provides a variety of services aimed at individuals impacted by domestic violence and unsafe relationships, which include advocacy, safety planning, danger assessments, crisis intervention, short-term counseling, forensic medical care, an essential item boutique, referrals to shelters, court accompaniment, and legal support for both criminal and civil court issues, along with connections to community partners and resources. Collaborations with multiple agencies are available on-site, and community outreach presentations and educational sessions can be arranged upon request. Note that services are not available for perpetrators.

Intake Procedure: While appointments are encouraged, they are not mandatory. It's advisable to call ahead to schedule an appointment if possible.
