About this resource
This program delivers personalized case management, legal guidance, and connections to community resources in a language that matches the client's needs. Clients can participate in programs focused on financial literacy and home purchasing, in addition to other offerings from Jericho Road. It provides 60-minute immigration consultations with a representative accredited by the Department of Justice, available by appointment only.
Intake Procedure: Currently, appointments are being offered exclusively via phone; clients should call to arrange a meeting. Those who have recently settled in Buffalo and have lived there for less than a year must present a referral letter from their resettlement agency. Immigration consultations require prior scheduling.
Fees: No charge.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is limited to refugees who have been resettled in Buffalo for at least six months (or are no longer receiving support from their resettlement agency) or those who have moved to Buffalo from another location.
