Jericho Road Community Health Center - Barton Street Clinic

Jericho Road delivers comprehensive medical services to anyone in need, featuring both male and female physicians. The Barton Street facility offers a range of services, including Routine Individual/Family Care, Maternity/OB/GYN Care, Children's Health, COVID-19 Testing, Specialized Diabetes Care, and Medical Imaging through partnerships with WNY Breast Health and WNY MRI. Additional services include Behavioral Health, Pharmacy Services with Medication Management and Education, and Medical Case Management and Care Coordination for patients with complex needs.
