Jericho Road Community Health Center - Broadway Clinic

Jericho Road delivers comprehensive, high-quality medical services to anyone in need, with both male and female doctors on staff. The Broadway location provides a variety of services, including routine individual and family care, maternity and OBGYN care, children's health, specialized diabetes management, and medical imaging in collaboration with WNY MRI. Additional offerings include behavioral health services, care coordination, pharmacy consultations, medication assistance, help with health insurance applications, interpretation services, and comprehensive dental care for all ages (refer to the separate listing for Jericho Road Family Dental). They also feature a medically oriented gym with integrated physical therapy services.

Intake Procedure: Appointments can be made via phone; new patients are currently being accepted.

Fees: The facility accepts a wide range of insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare, and offers a sliding fee scale. A benefits adviser is available to discuss eligibility for health benefits, and uninsured individuals are also welcome.
