The Doat Street location provides a variety of services, including Routine Individual/Family Care, Women's Health & Maternity/OB/GYN Care, Children's Health, Specialized Diabetes Care, and Medical Imaging through partnerships with WNY Breast Health and WNY MRI. Additional offerings include Behavioral Health, Pharmacy Services (with Medication Management and Education), Medical Case Management, and Care Coordination for patients with complex needs, as well as assistance with health insurance applications.
